StorySharing™
Four week Program

Give Voice to Your Vision

Listen, can I tell you something?

I see you there, scrolling through this,

and I have a feeling you might be holding your breath a little.

Maybe you clicked on this because something inside you knows (yes, you know)

that you have important things to say,

but you’ve been swallowing them down for so long

that you’ve almost forgotten what your real voice sounds like.

I get it. God, do I get it.

Here's what I know to be true

You’ve been doing the work.

Really doing it.

Putting your head down, delivering results, building something meaningful.

You’ve been hoping that if you just did excellent work, people would notice.

That your results would speak for themselves.

Nimarta Verma - StorySharing™ Facilitator

And maybe for a while, that worked.

But now?

Now you’re watching people with half your experience get the opportunities you’ve been quietly earning.

You’re seeing flashier voices get the attention

while your thoughtful, grounded approach gets overlooked.

You’re realising that in a world where everyone’s shouting,

your whisper (no matter how wise) isn’t cutting through.

You know you need to speak up,

to share more, to let people see who you really are and why your work matters.

But when someone asks you to “tell your story” or “share your why,” you freeze a little.

You think, “What story?

Do I even have stories worth sharing?

And how do I connect the messy, human parts of my life to what I do professionally without soundingself-indulgent or unprofessional?

But somewhere along the way....

you convinced yourself those connections don’t count…

that people want expertise, not humanity.

that your story isn’t compelling enough,

So you default to the credentials, the results, the bullet points.

  • You stay safe in business speak.
  • And you wonder why your message feels flat,
  • why you sound like everyone else,
  • why people respect your work but don’t really see you.

Here's what's changed (and why this matters now more than ever)

We’re living in a moment when anyone can generate content,

when AI can write your bio and craft your LinkedIn posts and even mimic your expertise.

But you know what AI can’t do?

  • It can’t replicate the story of that night you almost quit.
  • It can’t capture the texture of your lived experience
  • or the wisdom you earned through the specific combination of challenges that shaped you.

In a world that’s increasingly automated, your humanity is what sets you apart.

But only if you’re willing to share it.

What if I told you that the parts of your story you've been hiding

are exactly what your clients, your team, your industry needs to hear right now?

What if the vulnerability you’ve been avoiding

Asset 56@4x

is actually your greatest leadership tool in an age of artificial everything?

What if you could walk into any room, any pitch, any presentation, any difficult conversation,

Asset 46@4x

and instead of sounding like everyone else,

instead of using the same language that AI could generate,

you could speak from the place that only you know?

The real you.

The one with scars and wisdom and stories that no algorithm could ever create.

What if that authenticity became your competitive advantage?

What if people started seeking you out not because you had the fanciest credentials,

but because they trusted you?

What if your stories became the bridge that helped you connect…. with clients who felt truly seen,

teams who followed you because they believed in your vision,

opportunities that opened because people remembered you long after everyone else’s presentations blurred together?

What if your stories became the bridge that helped you connect...

With clients who felt truly seen,

Teams who followed you because they believed in your vision,

Opportunities that opened because people remembered you long after everyone else’s presentations blurred together?

Hi,
I'm Nimarta

For nearly 20 years, I’ve crafted stories for brands. But here’s what I’ve learned: the stories that actually land aren’t the polished ones. They’re the messy, imperfect, deeply human ones.

Enter StorySharing™...

Storytelling is a broad term. It often puts the attention on the storyteller

on performing, persuading, telling a “great” story.

StorySharing™ is different.

It’s about being real.
It’s about offering a part of yourself as a mirror – so others can see themselves in you.

This kind of sharing is what neuroscience tells us builds trust.
It creates connection. It helps people feel safe, seen, and open.

This is the heart of the work we’ll do together.

Not storytelling for show, but StorySharing™ for real leadership.

What becomes possible...

What's In the Program

Week 1:

Reclaim your voice and vision

We begin by tuning into two things that often get buried:
your real voice, and your real vision.

What do you actually want to be known for?
What kind of work, leadership, or impact do you want to grow into?
And what becomes possible when you stop trying to sound like everyone else?

We’ll start loosening the grip of old messaging rules: what’s “professional,” what’s “marketable,” what’s “too much.”

Then we’ll introduce StoryMining™ and help you begin uncovering your lived experiences through new eyes. Not as things to overcome or get past, but as the source of your authority, your empathy, your unique approach to everything you do.

You’ll leave with:
A deeper sense of what you stand for, the voice you want to lead with, and a working storybank of real, powerful moments to shape in the weeks ahead.

Week 2:

Craft stories that build trust

This week is about learning the craft.
You’ll learn a proven framework – StorySharing™ – to shape your raw experiences into clear, trust-building stories.

We’ll break down what makes a story land, what details to include (and what to leave out), and how to keep your tone grounded and human no matter who you’re speaking to.

You’ll get the hang of this by practicing. In real time. With real feedback. In a space where you don’t have to get it “right” to make it powerful.

You’ll leave with:
Two or three crafted stories you feel good about sharing and the StorySharing™ framework you can use again and again, whenever new stories emerge.

Week 3:

Connect your stories to your message

Now that you’ve got stories, we map them to what matters most via a process called StoryMapping™.

This week is about connecting the dots between your stories, your message, and your goals.

Whether you want to attract aligned clients, shift how you show up in your career, or simply be understood more clearly.

We’ll help you identify what each story reveals about your values, your voice, and the change you’re here to lead. Then we’ll guide you in aligning your stories with the platforms, conversations, and people that matter most to you.

You’ll leave with:
Clarity on how your stories support your vision and a mapped plan for using them across your business, leadership, or communication strategy.

Week 4:

Bringing your vision and voice to the world

The final week is about taking this into the world. How do you use your story as a tool for connection, influence, and leadership? How do you keep showing up as yourself when the world is constantly asking you to be someone else?

You’ll create a StorySharing™ plan that feels sustainable and true to who you are.

Whether you want to pitch, post, lead, or land your next opportunity, your stories will do the heavy lifting because they reflect who you really are.

We’ll also make space to reflect on what’s shifted and celebrate the power of showing up as yourself.

You’ll leave with:
A clear, true-to-you plan to keep sharing your stories, a stronger connection to your own voice, and the confidence to lead from it.
