INDIVIDUALS
Most leaders are doing their best. But when trust is thin, even great strategy struggles to land. Neuroscience shows that real stories build empathy and trust. I help leaders tap into that.
A twelve-week program for women leaders,
founders and rising professionals who are ready
to be heard, remembered, and chosen.

After nearly two decades as a brand strategist and storyteller, working with companies like Unilever and Woolworths, I noticed something: the principles that make brand stories work don’t translate to how humans connect. Brand stories are crafted to persuade. Human stories build trust in a completely different way.
That’s why I created StorySharing™, a methodology for crafting authentic human stories that build real connection and trust.
When I’m working at my best, my role is part guide, part mirror, part translator.
Every leader carries stories from their own life and career. Most just haven’t been shown how to use them. I help leaders find those stories and share them in ways that build trust and connection.
My approach is grounded in authentic expression. You don’t need to fix yourself, change who you are, or reinvent your leadership style. Growth starts from the centre of who you already are and expands outward. The stories are already there. StorySharing™ just helps you use them intentionally.
A real conversation about what's going on, what you're trying to build, and whether this work makes sense for you.
We look at what's going to work best for your context, whether that's 1:1 coaching, a team workshop, or a longer group program.
Once we're clear on the path, we begin. You'll walk away with practical tools, real stories to share, and a way of showing up that builds trust over time.
If this resonates, the next step is a conversation.
We’ll look at what’s going on, what you’re trying to build, and whether StorySharing™ is the right fit for you or your organisation.
And if you’re thinking “I don’t have any stories worth sharing,” you do. The stories that build trust aren’t grand moments. They’re the quieter ones that help people feel safe to do the same.
It’s time to lead with it…
Don’t you think?
